After you place your order your order a kit will be despatched within 24- 48 hours.
What are the Delivery Costs?
The cost of Delivery for a UK order is £4.25 - this is for First Class delivery of your fingerprint Impression Kit, and for Royal Mail Special Delivery of your finished item. Overseas orders vary in price and will appear at the end of your online order.
Is it Difficult to take a Fingerprint Impression?
No, the kit is very quick and easy to use... It is made up of 2 coloured compounds which you press the finger into each kit comes with full instructions.
How do I send a leaf from my wedding Bouquet?
The ideal way is to wrap it in Cotton wool and to find a small solid Tin or box, Like a Margarine box for example.
What sort of Drawings makes good Motifs for Jewellery?
Ideally simple Line drawings which are done in a dark felt tip pen are easy to transfer however if you have a special drawing which doesn’t fit into this category then just send it through and If I really cant get a print I will call you.
What if I make a mistake and the impression I take is not clear enough?
I always send enough moulding compound to take 2 fingerprint impressions just divide the amount you receive into two and I will select the best impression for your item. If you are unable to get a good print from both attempts don’t worry just pick up the phone and call me and I will send you out a second kit free of charge.
Are fingerprints just for children?
No, I can transfer fingerprints from Adults as well and in fact the older you are the more clear the fingerprint becomes.
How long until I receive my Finished Item?
Normally your item should be with you between 10 and 21 days. If you need your item more quickly than this or have a special date that you want it for just let us know and we will make sure that we despatch it on time
Do you keep a copy of the Fingerprint In case I loose the item or want to place another order in Future?
Yes, if you wish we will keep your fingerprint impression, so that if you would like another piece of jewellery you do not have to take another impression, or if your item were to get lost or stolen you could have another impression done.
